SAMPLE TEST REPORT

BREIZ ELEC complies with all U.S. export control laws under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Customers shall not export, re-export, or transfer U.S. products, technology, or software from BREIZ ELEC to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Russia, Belarus, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine without U.S. government authorization. Additionally, customers must not supply products for military end-users or military end-uses in China, Russia, or Venezuela without an approved export license. BREIZ ELEC products, technology, or software must not be sold, transferred, exported, or used for the development, production, use, or stockpiling of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons or missiles, nor for maritime nuclear propulsion without proper U.S. government authorization. Customers must also comply with all other U.S. export restrictions, including prohibitions on transactions with restricted parties, in-transit shipment restrictions, U.S. person obligations, export licensing requirements, and knowledge violation prohibitions.
